Can I get a refund or withdraw my balance?
No. Balance can only be used to send SMS. It can't be refunded, withdrawn or moved to another account, so top up what you plan to use.
What if I send USDT on the wrong network?
Transfers on a network we don't list, or of a coin other than USDT, can't be credited or recovered. Always match the network shown next to the address.
How long does crediting take?
Our team checks each transfer on the blockchain before crediting it. You can follow the status on your Payment history page.
Do I pay for numbers that fail?
Yes. Every number we send is charged, even when a carrier doesn't deliver it, because our providers charge us for each one. Failed numbers show as Failed in your dashboard. If we can't send your list at all, its full charge goes back to your balance.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Creating an account is free and there are no recurring charges. You only pay for messages you send.
